Shipping within the Contiguous United States

Free surface shipping on orders $75+
Orders of $35 and under ship for $8
Orders between $35 and $74 ship for $12

International Shipping

International orders shipped to Australia, Canada, and the UK are sent via UPS or FedEx. You can choose which service you'd like to ship with at checkout.


Orders shipped to places other than the countries mentioned above are sent via FedEx Export. Please note we cannot ship to Russia, Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, and Syria as FedEx Export does not service these areas.


International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include all duties, taxes, and other fees.


Important Shipping Details

We do not offer same-day shipping. In-stock items generally ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. When choosing your shipping method, please note that we ship from Columbus, Ohio 43215.


We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.


For out-of-stock items, please note the approximate product availability date listed on the page display and use the email notification request to be updated when the item is back in stock. We'll let you know as soon as it has returned!

Lost Packages

For issues with delivery or tracking, please first reach out directly to the shipping company. In some cases, carriers might mark a shipment as ‘delivered’ prematurely. They may also need information from you in order to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, contact us at hello@areaware.com within two weeks of the tracking number’s delivery date. Please include your order number in your email and we’ll help you out!
