Return & Refund Policy

If You Receive A Damaged Or Incorrect Item:

Please report any damages or incorrect items to us within 15 days of the invoice/order date. We'll send you a UPS return label with a pre-assigned Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send a new item to you immediately (unless it is back-ordered, in which case we will contact you). All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement or refund.

If You Are Not Happy With The Item You Ordered:

Please let us know within 15 days of the invoice date and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of your returned order, we will credit your original payment method (less shipping).

For all returns, please mark the shipping carton (not the gift box), “ATTENTION RETURN DEPT.” The RA number must be written on the shipping carton to the left of the return address. The returned item must be in the original product packaging and unused.

We are not able to accept returns that arrive greater than 30 days from the invoice date, or returns not accompanied by a RA number.
